The dissertation is devoted to a thorough and comprehensive study of agreements on the disposal of intellectual property rights to works on the Internet. The first section of the dissertation research examines the legal regime of works posted on the Internet. The peculiarities and legal regime of works that are placed on the Internet are determined; established the main groups of traditional objects of copyright protection on the Internet, in particular, literary works, computer programs, audiovisual works, photographic works, derivative works; identified non-traditional objects of copyright protection on the Internet, namely, websites, databases, multimedia works.
