Kalaida A. Administrative and legal bases of international cooperation of bodies and divisions of the National Police of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research of administrative and legal bases of international cooperation of bodies and divisions of the National Police of Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of the dissertation research, which is due to the European integration course and, as a consequence, the bringing of domestic police legislation in line with European Union law. Emphasis is placed on the fact that international cooperation is a key element in the mechanism of implementation of state policy in the field of combating crime and ensuring law and order in the country. Certain areas of international cooperation of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine form the basis for their successful performance of their special tasks and functions, which in general contribute to ensuring not only the national security of Ukraine, but also international security.
