Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to increasing the efficiency of non-surgical treatment of genital prolapses by optimizing the differential approach to the selection of a conservative treatment method. The developed algorithm of differentiated approach in GP non-surgical correction, based on the obtained data on morphological changes in the pelvic floor is proven to be the most effective in treatment of genital prolapse in the early stages, especially in sexually active women with significant functional disorders of the urinary bladder. This algorithmic approach contributes not only to the optimal non-surgical correction of genital prolapse, but also to prevention of its further progression, thereby significantly improving the quality of life (QOL) of the female population who suffer from this disease.
