Turovnik Y. Formation of a phytopathogenic mycobiome in sunflower agrocenosis in the conditions of the Central Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine

Dissertation is sanctified to the study of mechanisms of forming of phytopathogenic mycobiome in sunflower agrocoenosis in the conditions of the Central Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine at influence of different hybrids of sunflower and technologies of his growing. The aim of work was a агроекологічне ground of adjusting of quantity of phytopathogenic micromycetes in the agrocoenosiss of sunflower. In accordance with the put aim of dissertation research basic tasks were executed: to conduct the analysis of scientific literature of home and foreign scientists in relation to forming of phytopathogenic mycobiome in the agrocoenosiss of sunflower; to define influence of hybrids of sunflower and technologies of their growing on mycobiome of rhizosphere soil, vegetative organs and seed of plants during a vegetation; to define specific composition of micromycetes in rhizosphere soil, plants and seed of plants of hybrids of sunflower and investigate ability to their competitor; to expose the allelopathic mechanisms of plants of sunflower at their influence on viability and intensity of development of phytopathogenic.
