Essay

The dissertation presents the results of research of the process of formation of readiness for professional and creative self - realization of future teachers of fine arts. The paper offers an interpretation of the content of the concepts "realization", "self-realization", "self-actualization", "creativity" and "creative personality". Based on the theoretical analysis of the definitions of concepts presented in the paper, it is proved that the definition of the term "professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts" in the pedagogical conceptual framework is not presented. In order to avoid single duplications in defining the key concept of the study, its author's interpretation is proposed in the work. The component structure of professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts of future teachers of fine arts in unity of motivational-orienting, cognitive-activity and subjective components is developed. It is proved that the process of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts is provided by didactic principles which are initial positions in the methodical system developed by us: professional orientation, scientificity, optimization, emotionality of pedagogical process. The study was the basis for determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts. A schematic model of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts has been developed. Experimental study of the formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts was carried out in the conditions of ascertaining and formative experiments.
