Essay

The purpose of the work is to determine new features of recognition of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) of multirotor type by identifying the features of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with the rotating rotors of UAV using nonlinear dynamics methods. The object of research is the process of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with the rotating rotors of the UAV multirotor type. Research methods: methods of nonlinear dynamics theory, oscillation theory and fractal theory, methods of experiments and time and spectral analysis of signals. Theoretical results: a mathematical model of Doppler signal reflected from rotating UAV rotors is created, methods of analysis of signals reflected from multirotor UAV are developed, which are based on construction of phase portraits with different time delay and calculation of their fractal dimensions. Novelty: the use of fractal non-differential functions for modeling the features of reflected wave forms is proposed, new features of UAV recognition are identified – the shape of the phase portrait and the fractal dimension, the method of recognizing the type of mobile multirotor UAV is developed. Degree of implementation: the results of the work can be used in the preparation and conduct of educational lectures in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, where research is conducted in the field of nonlinear dynamics and fractal analysis. Scope: the methods and techniques developed in the dissertation can be used in institutions and organizations that are directly involved in the creation of new and improvemen to fexisting radar recognition systems.
