Gusyak M. Statutes as a source of law: a comparative legal study

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and comparative legal research of statutes as a special source of law. The doctrinal basis is analyzed, including scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists - representatives of science, theory of state and law, constitutionalists and municipalists, historians of law, administrators and civilists, international lawyers and others. Despite the fact that the issue of sources of law is not new to modern legal science, it is proved that comprehensive research on the actual multilateral intersectoral and comparative legal analysis of the statutes as a source of law does not exist today.
