Kremsar I. Medico-social substantiation of resource provision of primary health care for prevention of cardiovascular diseases

It was comprehensively studied the resource provision of primary health care facilities of communal ownership; indicators of prevention of diseases of the circulatory system in primary health care facilities are proposed; scientific substantiation was carried out and the organizational and structural model of resource provision of primary health care facilities for the prevention of diseases of the circulatory system among the adult population at the regional level was developed; the strategic direction of organizational support for the prevention of diseases of the circulatory system at the regional level, which is to create a regional training center at a specialized health care facility for primary care of the region to improve knowledge of the targeted training program, which is designed taking into account identified shortcomings in work. The set of measures for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases of the adult population has been improved. Methodological approaches to solving the problem of prevention of diseases of the circulatory system at the primary level of medical care have been further developed. Practical significance of the thesis results derive from the fact that they are the basis for: introduction of certain elements of the proposed organizational and structural model of prevention of cardiovascular diseases among the adult population in primary health care facilities at the regional level; development of a regional training program taking into account the identified shortcomings of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of primary care workers in providing medical care to adults; formation of groups of primary health care workers depending on the level of medical education; substantiation of indicators of quality of preventive work in primary health care facilities regarding the state of preventive measures of cardiovascular diseases at the regional level.
