Kapran R. Acts of soft right as source of administrative law

Dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine complex scientific research regarding place and role of acts of “soft right” in the system of sources of administrative law within the limits of that with the use of modern methods of scientific cognition, taking into account achievements of legal science reasonably not only that the real acts are the sources of administrative law but also the special place of the real acts is well-proven in the system of branch sources. It is stated the scientific basis of conclusions on necessity of updating approaches to understanding the concept of “source of administrative law” and revision of the system of these sources. It is substantiated scientific practical recommendations in relation to perfection of doctrine determinations of concepts "sources of administrative law", "source of right", "doctrine of administrative law", "doctrine right", "legal position", "acts of soft right as sources of administrative law" etc. It is proposed the updated list of elements of the system of administrative law sources.
