Hrabovyi O. Commercial representation agreement in civil law of Ukraine

In the dissertation work, the author focuses on the fact that representation plays an important role in civil law relations, including in the field of entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to spread the commercialization of civil legal relations, the practical use of a commercial representation agreement deserves attention, in which the features of two civil law institutions, namely representation and agreement, are harmoniously combined. Within the framework of this issue, the theoretical, legal and methodological foundations of the study of a commercial representation agreement under the civil legislation of Ukraine are considered. In the context of the designated problems, the state of the scientific development of the problem is determined, the genesis of the legal regulation of commercial representation agreement is analyzed, the research methodology is determined, the concept of commercial representation agreement, its legal characteristics are formulated, on the basis of which the comparison of the agreement under study with similar contractual structures was carried out.
