Essay

The dissertation became one of the first in domestic science of administrative law of complex researches of features of administrative and legal regulation of police officers medical support in Ukraine. At the same time, the special administrative and legal status of civil servants requires them to perform certain duties, an important place among which is the obligation to undergo periodic medical and preventive (complex) examinations aimed at determining their health status in accordance with the requirements of the service.
