The thesis is a scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested research of the problem of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training. The study is focused on identification of the main structural elements of the process of managing teacher-student interaction, creating and applying a model on this basis that will ensure the optimal level of teacher-student cooperation, as well as balanced subject-subject interaction. The topicality of the research problem is explained by the fact that the global labor market quickly responds to changes in society and determines the appropriate time requirements for professionals. Therefore, the system of training specialists in higher education institutions should have flexible structures for managing the educational process to meet the needs of society. Management of pedagogical interaction is defined as an adaptive dynamic multifactorial process of mutual correction, aimed at the mutually coordinated action of the subjects of interaction within the educational environment. Pedagogical interaction is defined as a mutually coordinated communicative activity of the subjects of the educational process, aimed at the implementation of educational goals. Aspects of readiness to manage pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training are singled out. A model of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training, that contains such interconnected components as conceptual-methodological, organizational-semantic and diagnostic-effective has been developed. A qualimetric submodel of the formation of skills of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training is developed. The expected results of the developed model are an increase in the level of formation of students 'interaction skills on the basis of dialogic communication and the level of formation of teachers' skills of managing pedagogical interaction. The paper substantiates main organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training; organizational and methodological training of teachers; organization of educational environment based on ICT. It also highlights main aspects that should be taken into account during the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions. They are managerial and activity-based aspects, content of pedagogical interaction, participants of pedagogical interaction, forms of communication in pedagogical interaction, communicative skills at pedagogical interaction and forms of pedagogical interaction. The developed methodological recommendations contain the basic questions of application of model of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of the organizations within the process of professional training. The use of methodological recommendations has an interdisciplinary and general pedagogical character, because the model of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training is an open developing system and created to identify effective ways of teacher-student interaction. formation of professional competence of the future manager of organizations. The effectiveness of the developed model is evidenced by the data of the control stage of the experimental work. The results of statistical calculations give grounds to claim that the application of the developed model in the experimental group has led to a positive dynamics of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the training process. The practical significance of the obtained research results involves practical evaluation of the model of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training; scientifically-based organizational and pedagogical conditions of application of the developed model; creating methodological recommendations for the application of the model of management of pedagogical interaction of teachers and future managers of organizations within the process of professional training. Theoretical principles and factual material can be used by teachers to train specialists in higher education institutions.
