Essay

Conducted systematically assess changes in the dental status of drug-addicted patients and patients of specialized arcological departments with parafunction of the dento-alveolar apparatus in the process of modifying approaches and methods of fixed orthopedic prosthetics to increase the effectiveness of comprehensive dental rehabilitation and objectification of treatment results. An approach to complex treatment of drug-addicted patients with parafunctions of the dento-alveolar apparatus has been developed, taking into account the specifics of changes and criteria for assessing the stabilization of pathology parameters at the stages of prosthetic rehabilitation and registration of long-term results. A targeted program for the correction of parafunction and pathological changes in the dental status of drug-addicted patients has been developed.
