Obligations of the property guarantor arising to ensure the fulfillment of obligations in Ukraine are investigated in this scientific work. The relevance of dissertation topic is justified, its connection with scientific programs, plans and issues is highlighted. The research goal, tasks, subject, object and methods are formulated. The scientific novelty of the research results, as well as their practical significance, has been determined. The study provides information about the testing and implementation of the reseach results and a list of publications in which such results are displayed.
