Moroz I. Determinants of Ukraines external public debt management

The dissertation investigates theoretical and applied aspects of the determinants of Ukraine 's external public debt management based on the analysis of works of Ukrainian and foreign scholars, current legislation of Ukraine, domestic and foreign practice of formation and implementation of external public debt management policy and developed proposals for improving such management. The urgency of the research topic is due to the need to revise established concepts on the negative aspects of the impact of external government borrowing on economic growth in order to formulate scientifically sound conclusions on the use of external public debt as a tool of macroeconomic policy in the context of debt financing strategy.
