The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal grounds of formation and implementation of the state legal policy in the field of notary. Theoretical basis and new solution to the scientific issue, which is to clarify the nature and features of the formation and implementation of state legal policy in the field of notary is provided. Also, the routes how to improve the abovementioned problem of state legal policy in the field of notary, based on successful domestic and foreign experience, is defined. It is determined that the administrative and legal regulation of state and legal policy in the field of notary includes organizational, verification and control functions. The abovementioned functions are to create a favorable legal and information-technical environment for the implementation of new methods and approaches in the work of domestic notaries, both private and public.
