Essay

The urgency of the research topic is due to the action of a set of unresolved issues in Ukraine: the need to improve the relationship and interaction between government and business, which are implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP). The system of corporate governance is becoming the main tool for the development of transport infrastructure, attracting investment, improving the quality of transport services provided to the population. The purpose of this work is to develop conceptual principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the system of corporate governance of infrastructure and service enterprises.
