Tovt Y. Criminal responsibility for violation of the established procedure of circulation of medicines in Ukraine

Theoretical generalization is carried out and new approaches to settle a scientific problem of criminal responsibility for violation of the established procedure of circulation of medicines in Ukraine is offered. The work consists of three sections. General principles of researches of criminal responsibility for violation of the established procedure of circulation of medicines in Ukraine are analyzed in the first section. It is proved that this problem has not been comprehensively researched yet. The rules of qualification of the relevant actions set forth in the literature are fragmentary and not always substantiated. Scholars have overlooked some regulatory collisions, in some cases the approaches to presenting the criminal legal characteristics of the elements of the relevant corpus delicti of criminal offenses are conducted. The regulatory framework of circulation of medicines in Ukraine is extremely extensive and complex. A huge array of normative acts necessitates their systematization. This, to some extent, can negativelly influence on the effectiveness of the law enforcement system in this sphere.
