Essay

The thesis research is dedicated to science and methodological generalization and practical solutions of the current issue of further perfection of occupational and pedagogical training for experts of arts and pedagogical specialties by means of elaborating, justifying and experimental checking the methodological basis for shaping the future Fine Arts teacher’s artistic and pedagogical communication culture. The conducted analysis of contemporary projections of understanding the notion of artistic and pedagogical communication culture enabled to justify and to treat the aforementioned occupational and personalised quality of a Fine Arts teacher as an important determiner of his professional culture (artistic and pedagogical), and its shaping for the students of artistic and pedagogical-profiled higher institutions as the strategic issue of their occupational training. On the basis of systematising and generalising the science and theoretic material on the research issue, its basic notions were identified, which enabled treating the future Fine Arts teacher’s artistic and pedagogical communication culture as the fundamental category of education and pedagogical sciences, in particular, the theory and methodology of teacher-artist’s occupational training characterising the individual and personalised level of the students’ grasp of socio-significant culture and pedagogical experience of implementing Fine Arts communication potential in education and upbringing activity with children and youth. This complex specific integrative professional innovation for the student’s personality is determined by the cultural correspondence of its occupational values and axiological orientations in artistic and pedagogical interaction with the learners, the obtained artistic and pedagogical communication competence, the efficient empathy and reflexive communication potential shaped by communication skills in their combination with communication and management abilities, as well as communication activeness and initiative manifestations. In the research paper, the content characteristics of the future Fine Arts teacher’s artistic and pedagogical communication culture are concretized; these specifics are transformed into certain focuses and tasks of arranging education and occupational activity for the students of arts and pedagy-profiled higher institutions and into the assessment criteria of their effectiveness being revealed via the following cultural components: axiological, cognitive, personalized and technological. In the research paper, the methodological basics of shaping the future Fine Arts teacher’s artistic and pedagogical communication culture in the process of occupational and pedagogical training being designed as a logically motivated pedagogical system based on the background of the selected pedagogical approaches (cultural, axiological, competence and personality-oriented) were elaborated and justified, as well as the defined principles (humanization, dialogical formation, cultural correspondence and professional directionality), projected and justified conditions (elaborating axiological attitude and positive motivational directionality on culturally correspondent artistic and pedagogical communication; implementing the communicative artistic and pedagogical situations of quasi-professional activity in the process of occupational and pedagogical training of the future Fine Arts teacher; creating the artistic and pedagogical domain corresponding to communicative issues and interests of the future Fine Arts teacher and enriching his communication background; maintaining personalized and professional reflection as the basis for self-development of the future Fine Arts teacher’s artistic and pedagogical communication culture) and the elaborated methodological provision of its pedagogical management.
