Essay

The dissertation is the first research in Ukraine on the quality and safety of cow's milk obtained using the latest technologies. The paper conducts comprehensive research on the quality, safety and biological value of whole milk of cows obtained by the latest technologies. The amino acid composition of cow's milk for ketosis was studied for the first time. The total changes of both essential and essential amino acids are determined It is proved that obtaining as much milk as possible from a cow for violating the technology of its production leads to the loss of its biological value. It was found that the disease of cows in ketosis in milk reduces the content of both essential and essential amino acids, and therefore changes its biological value. The relationship between mastitis and ketosis has been studied. It has been proven that the use of feed product GP 70 PE "Kronos Agro" has a positive effect on the cicatricial metabolism of cows and as a consequence on the health of animals and obtaining from them the maximum quantity and best quality products.
