The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical aspects of participation of minors under the 14 years old and of minors from 14 years old and above (as the Ukrainian law divides them into these two categories) in the civil process and representation of their interests. The manuscript analyzes theoretical concepts in the field of protection and observance of the rights and interests of children, regulations, case law, as well as foreign experience in the legal regulation of the legal status of children and their participation in civil proceedings.
