Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of theoretical and legal aspects of the interaction of legislation and political pluralism, substantiation of ways to strengthen their legal support and implementation practice in Ukraine. The Introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, defines the connection with scientific programs, plans, topics, formulates the purpose and objectives of the study, identifies the object and subject of research, reveals the functionality of scientific methods of cognition, points to the scientific novelty of the results which has been got, substantiates practical the value of the obtained results, information about the approbation of the dissertation materials and the author's publication is given. It is emphasized that an important area of scientific support for the improvement of legislation and the development of political pluralism is the study of theoretical and legal and practical aspects of their interaction, which on the one hand will reveal the phenomenological foundations of legislation and political pluralism as elements of phenomena and processes of legal reality, and on the other hand – to identify the shortcomings of the practice of their interaction, on the basis of which to justify a set of recommendations for strengthening their interaction. Therefore, theoretical and legal and practical aspects of the interaction of legislation and political pluralism have a high level of relevance of scientific knowledge, as potentially the studying of them is aimed to improve the doctrinal understanding of legislation and political pluralism as legal phenomena, as well as ensuring and strengthening their balance and coordination.
