Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of administrative and legal support of intangible cultural heritage in Ukraine. Chapter I of the dissertation contains a number of studies on the formation and development of legislation in the field of cultural heritage (hereinafter - CH) and found that they did not relate to the protection of intangible cultural heritage (hereinafter - ICH). It is shown that the last decade of the last century should be considered the beginning of monument protection activities in Ukraine about ICH.
