Kovalenko O. Future railway experts training in the educational institutions of Southern Ukraine in the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century

The dissertation examines future railway experts training in the educational institutions of Southern Ukraine in the second half of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century and identifies positive and negative trends of the process. The author points out the retrospective experience of the future railway experts training for its further implementation in the modern educational process: future railway experts training in railway production facilities; introduction of dual education; the continuity of education between secondary and vocational levels; humanization of vocational education; cooperation with stakeholders to regulate and forecast the demand for railway majors in the modern labour market. The results of the study may be included in the content of manuals and textbooks for the training of specialists in railway transport, transport technology, pedagogy, vocational training instructors; scientific and theoretical generalizations can be used in writing scientific and scientific-methodical works on the history of pedagogy and teaching methods.
