Drozd A. Institute of constitutional control in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal system: historical and comparative analysis.

The dissertation is a complex historical and comparative study of the creation, formation, functioning of the institute of constitutional control in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal system. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, defines the relationship with scientific programs, plans, topics, formulates the purpose, identifies the object and subject of research, identifies the state of development of scientific problems and sources that have become the empirical basis of research, formulates the main tasks methodological principles underlying the work, the position of scientific novelty of the obtained results is indicated, the practical value of the obtained results is substantiated, the information on approbation of the dissertation materials and publications of the 6author is given, the most general and special features of the institute of constitutional control systems. The study reflects the process of origin, formation in the past and functioning in the current political and legal environment of the constitutional justice bodies, which have their representation in all member states of the European Union. It is noted that these countries belong to the RomanoGermanic (continental) legal family, where the domestic legal system has found its place.
