The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of administrative and legal support for the realization of the right of citizens of Ukraine to freedom of movement and free choice of residence. The theoretical and legal analysis of the right to freedom of movement and free choice of place of residence of citizens of Ukraine is carried out in the work: historical preconditions of formation and normative consolidation of the right to freedom of movement and free choice of place of residence are clarified; the essence and content of the right to freedom of movement and free choice of residence are determined; outlined the grounds for restricting the right to freedom of movement and the right to free choice of residence of citizens of Ukraine; a system of international (European) standards for the recognition and regulation of the right to freedom of movement and the right to free choice of residence has been established. The mechanisms of administrative and legal support for the exercise of the right to freedom of movement and the right to free choice of residence by citizens of Ukraine are also described, in particular: the system of subjects of public administration responsible for re is outlined; the system of tools rights to citizens of Ukraine is in of the right of citizens of Ukrain residence are characterized.
