Tkachuk N. Admissibility of Cassation Appeal in the Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine

The dissertation represents one of the first studies devoted to scientific and practical comprehension of cassation appeal admissibility in administrative proceedings in the context of ensuring the right of everyone to a fair trial and access to justice, which defines the mechanism of determining the admissibility of cassation appeal and factors influencing such mechanism. The peculiarities of evaluation concepts application in determining the admissibility of a cassation appeal are analyzed. The dissertation also provides an in-depth analysis of practical application of administrative procedural law which governs the admissibility of cassation appeal, suggests practical ways to improve their effectiveness, draws conclusions, recommendations and proposals to improve administrative procedure legislation in this area.
