The sexual content, that is created through the representation of sexuality is widely available on Ukrainian television and online media, but it is almost unexplored by Ukrainian scholars. This has created a scientific vacuum, which is the lack of terminology, description, classification, analysis and distribution models for the relevant content. Foreign scholars have argued in their works that the replication of sexuality in modern media can be dangerous to the audience, and in recent decades this process has reached threatening proportions (Ward et al., 2016). This is due to the relevance of the study.
