Dilai A. Strategic communications of the defense and security sector in the conditions of information confrontation.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to study the complex problem of the formation and implementation of strategic communications (hereinafter – stratcom, StartCom) of the defense and security sector of Ukraine in the conditions of social transformations, hybrid warfare and information confrontation in the context of creating a system of protection in information and cyberspace with the aim of providing public support to strategic course of the state in the field of national security. The purpose of the scientific research is a comprehensive analysis of implementation issues, as well as justification of ways to improve the system of strategic communications of the defense and security sector of Ukraine in conditions of information confrontation. To achieve the specified goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - to analyze the existing models of strategic communications in Ukraine and highlight the peculiarities of the implementation of the strategic committee in the security and defense sector to ensure the information security of the state in the conditions of information confrontation; - to summarize the peculiarities of the implementation of strategic communications in the security and defense sector of the world's leading countries and their influence on the formation and development of strategic communications in the defense and security sector of Ukraine; - to analyze the information strategies of the Russian Federation as an element of strategic communications during the conduct of anti-terrorist operations/anti-terrorist operations; - to find out the main tasks of the system of the strategic committee of the IOU and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in matters of neutralizing informational challenges during the period of conducting anti-terrorist operation and anti-terrorist operations through mass media and social networks; - to propose ways to improve the system of training specialists in strategic communications of the defense and security sector of Ukraine, in particular in matters of planning, evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic communications, as well as forming a positive image of the army and the state as a whole; - to determine the ways of improving the domestic model of strategic communications in the security and defense sector in the context of the formation of information forces of Ukraine. The object of the study is the defense and security space of Ukraine.
