The dissertation is devoted to the study of electrical and electromagnetic properties of composite materials (CM) based on epoxy resin filled with a number of electrically conductive, dielectric and magnetic fillers and composite structures (CS) based on such composite materials, as well as to study the interaction of CM and CS with electromagnetic radiation. in a wide range of frequencies. The work considers the main factors influencing the distribution of the filler and the final properties of the CMs in various frequency ranges. The analysis of models for the description of electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of the CMs with fillers, limits of their application for the description of different types of the CMs is presented. The possibility of achieving higher values of dielectric constant is shown by using multicomponent fillers in the CMs, rather than use of a single filler type.
