Essay

The main direction of maintaining the health of the working-age population is timely prevention, aimed at early diagnosis of the present diseases and revealing the borderline conditions, which in the future may predispose to complete or partial disability. Under the recalled reasons, preventive measures have become crucially important for the risk-related jobs, particularly, army structure staff, personnel, providing critical life services to populations and the reserve officers, the last group including doctors. To detect characteristics, deviating from the standard ones, concerning certain age groups and professions, due to current legislation of Ukraine, periodical medical check- ups, psychologist interviews, and psychophysiological examinations are used. Although, despite all these measures, pre-nosological diagnosis in Ukraine isn’t sufficiently stressed, which complicated the detection of the target groups for further prevention. This relates not only to specialists which have already started their professional activity but those who are just studying at Universities. Systematic monitoring of the psychophysiological condition and stress-resistance of both cadets and students is an important predisposing factor for maintaining the personnel potential of the specialists, whose work is related to the permanent psycho-emotional exertion, stress factors, and life risks. Timely preventive rehabilitation provides for a decrease in the adaptation disorder percentage as well as the development of a protective response under stress circumstances. The aim of the study was scientific substantiation of the criteria, as well as the development of the curriculum of soldiers' preventive rehabilitation, based on the assessment of the psychophysiological condition of the cadets of the National academy affiliated to the National Guard of Ukraine and students of institutions of higher medical education, during their training by modeling micro-stress exertion, using the added and virtual reality technologies. The tasks of the study are: . Analysis of the medical-sociological characteristics (parameters of health, socio- demographic data, values that characterize the study process) of cadets of the National academy affiliated to the National Guard of Ukraine and medical students while teaching them using the added reality and virtual reality technologies. 2. Assessment of the psychophysiological condition of the respondents (cadets of the National academy affiliated with the National Guard of Ukraine and medical students), accompanied by the detection of peculiarities of the individual psychophysiological condition of the cadets, which may predispose them to somatic pathologies, related to professional stressogenic factors. 3. Assessment of the psychological status of the respondents (cadets of the National academy affiliated with the National Guard of Ukraine and medical students), their stress resistance, and present adaptation reserves, in order to detect their ability to perform work tasks. 4. Assessing the heart rate variability in cadets of the National academy affiliated with the National Guard of Ukraine and medical students, including assessment of their psycho-emotional condition. 5. Defining and managing the criteria of the preventive rehabilitation, aimed at practical embodiment. 6. Studies and scientific justification of the neurofunctional disorders and psychophysiological data preventive rehabilitation programs, provided by the graduate institutions, which overall provide for adaptation potential of the cadets.
