The organizational conditions for training future social workers to work in the conditions of inclusive education by means of training technologies were developed, scientifically substantiated, experimentally verified and implemented, for the first time in the thesis: encouragement of self-development of future social workers; creation of an inclusive environment in higher education institutions aimed at positive communication in the «student-student», «student-teacher», «student-pupil» subsystems, based on the idea of «equality»; implementation of a system of training classes in the process of professional training of future social workers.The analysis of the results of the implementation of the developed organizational conditions for training future social workers to work in the conditions of inclusive education by means of training technologies showed that it is necessary to constantly monitor the quality of inclusive education in an inclusive educational environment.The author's structural-functional model of the formation of the readiness of future social workers to work in the conditions of inclusive education was developed and implemented, which includes target, methodological, organizational-content and result blocks, which contain components (motivational, cognitive, activity and emotional-volitional), criteria (motivational-target, competence, behavioral-reflexive and emotional-volitional), indicators and levels (high, medium, low). The analysis of regulatory and legal support (legislative acts of Ukraine, the Council of Europe, the United Nations) on issues of social protection, education, professional rehabilitation, health care, equality of people with special educational needs, which is the legal basis for the implementation of organizational conditions of social integration of such students.The study of legislation and regulatory documents on inclusive education in Ukraine regarding the access of people with disabilities to higher education showed that as long as the Constitution and legislation contain provisions on strong social security for people with disabilities, obvious paternalistic approaches in the form of discriminatory legal provisions and practices will continue.The practical significance of the obtained research results lies in the possibility of applying its scientific provisions and conclusions to improve the quality of professional training of future social workers to work with students with special educational needs and their parents in the conditions of inclusive education, as well as in the system of improving the qualifications of scientific and pedagogical workers. The training program «Professional readiness as an active state» has been developed.The theoretical and experimental materials of the research were used in lecture courses, practical and seminar classes in the disciplines of training for the specialty 231 Social work in educational institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation.The results of the study were implemented in the work with students with special educational needs at the Center for Social-Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation-Social Tourism «Without Barriers» at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. Research materials can be used in the work of social teachers, social workers, psychologists, teachers of special institutions and parents of people with special educational needs.
