Burban O. Development of the composition and technology of the combined gel for the therapy of radiation damage to the skin

The dissertation work is devoted to scientific research on the development of technology, obtaining and analyzing the juice from the crassula and the extract from its pomace, and the pharmaceutical development of a combined drug in the form of a gel for the treatment of radiation and inflammatory skin lesions. For the first time, within the framework of the dissertation research, a standardized domestic substance of natural origin was developed – juice of crassula herb. With the use of modern research methods, its physico-chemical, technological properties were studied, methods of identification and quantitative determination of biologically active substances were proposed. Based on the results of physical, physicochemical, pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical and biological research, the composition and rational technology of industrial production of combined gel for pharmacotherapy of radiation and inflammatory skin lesions were scientifically substantiated. The novelty of the research is confirmed by the patent of Ukraine for the utility model “Method of obtaining a combined medicinal product for local use in the therapy of radiation, inflammatory skin lesions”, application number u 2021 07330, date of submission 16.12.21.
