Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of protein metabolism at different tones of the autonomic nervous system in the body of healthy broiler chickens of the Cobb-500 cross. In accordance with the set goal and tasks, the dissertation work studied the influence of the autonomic nervous system on the dynamics and content of total protein, albumins, globulins, urea, replaceable and non-replaceable amino acids and the activity of transferases (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase) in the blood serum of chickens during their rearing period.
