Mahanova T. Scientific and practical approaches to improving the supply system of contraceptives

The dissertation is devoted to the processing of theoretical and development of practical approaches to improving the supply contraceptives system to refine the realization of women's reproductive rights by developing a patient-oriented form of quality management of pharmaceutical products during the pharmaceutical care. The novelty of the work consists in substantiation of theoretical and practical approaches to improvement of the supply contraceptive system on the basis of elaboration of the system problem of formation of patient-centered form of management of quality of pharmaceutical product (contraceptive), and also development of a method of complex research of preferences of women of reproductive age for qualitative realization of her reproductive right. In aggregate, the results are a theoretical and methodological basis for the practical improvement of medical provision of contraceptives to women in the context of implementation of the re-imbursation of the cost of pharmaceutical care and various social programs, in particular for the development of relevant scientific proposals and socio-economic recommendations.
