Tkachuk O. Research on the optimization of medicinal plant raw materials usage in the preparation of medicines

The dissertation is devoted to scientific research on the determination of the technological characteristics of common fennel fruits, which would optimize the technological process of obtaining medicines based on it; research and analysis of various approaches to the complex technology of dill water; physical and chemical, pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical and microbiological studies of the drug in filter packs and pharmaceutical development of the original medicine in the form of hard gelatin capsules for therapeutic and prophylactic use in the case of violation of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract. Based on the results of physical and chemical, pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical and biological research, the composition and rational technology of pharmaceutical and industrial production of capsules for therapeutic and prophylactic usage in case of violation of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract are scientifically substantiated. Preclinical studies have proven the biological safety and specific activity of the developed medicines under the conventional name «Fenelmet, capsules».
