Zupanets I. Development of the technology of tablets with paracetamol combined composition

The dissertation is devoted to scientific research on the development of the technology of tablets with paracetamol of combined composition. The problem of chronic pain is becoming more relevant every year in terms of its impact on humanity. For the treatment of chronic pain, the first-line drug is non-opioid analgesics, one of which is paracetamol. However, a significant drawback of paracetamol is hepatotoxicity. For the first time, the optimal composition and industrial technology of a new medicinal product - a combined orally disintegrating tablet of analgesic action based on paracetamol and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, were developed for the first time as part of a dissertation based on the results of pharmaco-technological, physicochemical and biological studies, which were scientifically substantiated. Pharmacological studies proved the rationality of the composition and effectiveness of the proposed combined remedy. The work expands and deepens knowledge about the technical aspects of creating orally disintegrating tablets.
