Nesteruk T. Development of the composition, technology and research of medical pencils with an oil extract of a phytocomposition with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and reparative effects

The dissertation is devoted to scientific research on the substantiation of the composition and technology of the oil extract of a mixture of medicinal plant raw materials and a medical pencil with oil extract and mango extract; physicochemical, pharmacotechnological, microbiological and pharmacological research of the oil extract and the original drug in the form of a medical pencil for therapeutic and prophylactic use in case of infectious and inflammatory processes of the red border and skin of the lips. For the first time, within the framework of the dissertation research, a technology of the oil extract from phytocomposition, composition and technology of the medical pencil with oil extract and mango extract was substantiated; biological activity of the obtained extract and medical pencils was standardized and investigated. Obtained results of the research created a scientific and practical basis for expanding the range of domestic medicinal products with antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and reparative effects
