Iakubovych I. Legal regulation of grain sales in Ukraine.

The dissertation focuses on the research of legal regulation of grain sale in Ukraine. The paper clarifies the current state of research of legal regulation of grain sales in Ukrainian jurisprudence, studies the genesis of legislative support for grain sales in Ukraine, substantiates the concepts, features and legal models of grain sales, clarifies the features of legal models of grain sales in Ukraine, including mortgage procurement grain, grain intervention operations, grain exchange trade, electronic grain trade and grain export. The author also studied the features of organizational and legal support for the sale of grain in Ukraine, as a result of which he substantiated the specifics of legal regulation of grain storage in Ukraine and legal regulation of grain transportation, and suggested ways to improve Ukrainian legislation in this area. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation is that it is one of the first in the Ukrainian legal doctrine a comprehensive study of the problems of legal regulation of grain sales in Ukraine. This allowed to reveal both the scientific and theoretical principles of legal regulation of grain sales in Ukraine, and to reveal in more detail the specifics of certain legal models of grain sales in Ukraine. The practical significance of the dissertation research is to substantiate proposals for the adoption of new regulations of Ukraine or amendments to existing regulations in order to ensure the functioning of effective legal models for the sale of grain in Ukraine. The author concludes that for thirty years in the agricultural and legal doctrine of Ukraine conducted more than twenty comprehensive dissertation research on the legal regulation of grain production, growing seeds of cereals and sunflower, the legal aspects of commercial agricultural production, the specifics of concluding agreements aimed at agricultural production. products, bringing national legislation in this area to WTO and EU requirements, legal assurance of quality and safety of agricultural products. At the same time, a comprehensive study of legal issues of grain sales, despite its importance in ensuring food security of Ukraine, in the doctrine of agrarian law of Ukraine was not conducted.
