The dissertation presents the results of the research of theoretical and scientific-methodical provisions, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the processes of formation, management and evaluation of the economic security of the construction enterprise. The methodological and theoretical base of the research is the fundamental provisions of economic theory, methodological developments and scientific works of leading scientists on the development of methodological bases for assessing the economic safety of construction enterprises. The introduction substantiates the relevance of research tasks, provides scientific novelty, and forms the practical significance of the obtained results. In the first chapter, a study of the theoretical aspects of the formation of the economic security assessment system of the construction enterprise was carried out. Research and analysis of the concept of "economic security of a construction enterprise" have been carried out, the definition of this term has been examined in detail, and proposals for its clarification have been provided. The main approaches of scientists to the assessment of the economic security of the enterprise were analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages were determined, and the possibility of their application to the assessment of the economic security of the construction enterprise was substantiated. Various types of stakeholders of the construction enterprise, which at this time have the greatest influence on the efficiency of its work, have been studied. The second chapter examines the current state and prospects for the development of the construction industry in Ukraine. The role of the construction industry as the most important component of the economy of Ukraine, which has an impact on other industries, is defined. The external and internal factors of the economic security of the construction enterprise were identified and systematized, and it was proposed to divide them into useful (opportunities) and destabilizing (threats of economic security), which allows to more accurately determine the prospects for changing the state of the economic security of the construction enterprise. The level of influence of the main stakeholder groups of construction enterprises on the level of their economic security has been studied. A methodical approach to the formation of a system for assessing the economic security of a construction enterprise has been developed, which takes into account the factors of influence of individual groups of interested parties and allows determining the priority of the influence of stakeholders on the level of economic security. An analytical and practical approach to the formation of the components of the economic security assessment of the enterprise has been formed, which involves the use of a synthetic taxonomic indicator, the calculation of which is carried out on the basis of the level of significance of the characteristics of subsets of data - indicators for the components of the economic security of the construction enterprise: financial, technical and technological, personnel, market , legal and environmental. In the third chapter, a methodical approach to the formation of a system for assessing the economic security of a construction enterprise is developed, which takes into account the factors of influence of individual groups of interested parties and allows determining the priority of the influence of stakeholders on the level of economic security. An assessment of the influence of the implementation of stakeholders' interests and factors of the external and internal environment on the economic security of a construction enterprise was carried out. A modeling system for the comprehensive assessment of the economic security of a construction enterprise was proposed, which is based on resource-functional and process approaches, quantitative and expert methods of research on the influence of stakeholders, which allows forming the basis for economic and applied tools for managing the state of economic security of the enterprise. According to the results of the study, it was found that the market component has the greatest influence on the level of economic security of the studied construction enterprises, and the financial and technical-technological ones are also significant. The main features that were taken into account when obtaining the sample were determined. The definition of a complex integral indicator of the economic security of a construction enterprise was carried out on the example of the leader enterprise of the studied group of PJSC "Trest Zhitlobud-1".
