The dissertation work is devoted to the solution of the scientific task, which consists in the theoretical substantiation and development of methodological approaches for the formation of an adaptively oriented management system for the economic security of the enterprise.
In the first chapter "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of an adaptively oriented system of management of the economic security of the enterprise" the essence of the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" is defined and critically characterized, within which the emphasis on the protection of the enterprise, the efficiency of the use of corporate resources, sustainability and stability and coordination of interests.
A categorical syllogism of the economic security management system was formed on the basis of a consistent examination and establishment of the connection between such concepts as "economic security of the state", "economic security of the enterprise", "uncertainty", "system", "management" and "enterprise management system" enterprise, which served as a necessary theoretical basis for the further development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of an adaptively oriented management system for the economic security of the enterprise.
The theoretical basis for the formation of an adaptive-oriented economic security management system of the enterprise has been developed, which involves making changes to the parameters and process of interaction of subjects and security objects, as well as regarding interaction with subjects of the external environment, which is carried out on the basis of effective use of adaptation potential in order to adapt to the impact of threats, which ensures the maintenance of stability and stability of the operation and development of the enterprise.
It is proposed to understand the adaptive potential as the available resources and opportunities that can be used to implement measures aimed at adapting to the influence of internal and external threats arising from changes in the operating conditions, in accordance with the company's development strategy for the improvement of the controlling and controlled subsystems within the system management of economic security of the enterprise as a basis for maintaining stability and ensuring development.
The methodological principles of the formation of an adaptive-oriented economic security management system of the enterprise have been developed, which are distinguished by the developed technology, which establishes a sequence of actions regarding the modification of security activities in order to detect every change in the internal and external environment based on "weak" and "strong" signals and an adequate reaction in the form of a static or dynamic adaptation on the basis of the formed adaptation potential, which provides security subjects with the opportunity to perform the assigned tasks in the current conditions of conducting economic activity by Ukrainian enterprises.
The results of the implementation of the developed scientific and practical approach to determining the nature of adaptation procedures proved that the most acceptable type of adaptation for machine-building and food industry enterprises is the "dynamic" type, while for printing enterprises it is the "static" type of adaptation. It is substantiated that any significant changes in the operating environment are grounds for revising the guidelines for the implementation of adaptation procedures in accordance with the principles of the developed approach.
