The thesis work is devoted to the development of the composition and technology of tablets based on cultivated parsnip herb thick extract (СPHTE) for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. On the basis of the conducted theoretical and experimental studies, the composition, technology and standardization methods of the new medicinal product with cardioprotective, antioxidant and anticytolytic action "Pastinocard" in the form of tablets based on the plant extract obtained from parsnip grass were developed for the first time as part of the dissertation research. The stability of СPHTE and "Pastinocard" tablets (in a cell package made of polyvinyl chloride film and aluminum foil) has been proven for 2 years of storage at a temperature of 25±2 C and a humidity of 60±5%. According to the obtained results of preclinical pharmacological studies, the perspective of including "Pastinocard" tablets in the complex therapy of diseases of the cardiovascular system is substantiated
