Kutsovol K. Evaluative concepts in the social security law of Ukraine.

The dissertation study is devoted to the theoretical and legal foundations of the analysis of evaluative concepts in the law of social security of Ukraine. The theoretical and legal characterization of this legal category has been carried out. The concept, essence, and signs of evaluative concepts in social security law are defined. The definition of the categories "conceptual apparatus", "terminological apparatus", categorical apparatus", their relations and components are disclosed; the relationship and specifics of each of the conceptual apparatuses of social security law as a science, as a branch of law and as an academic discipline are clarified; the definition, functions, and features of evaluative concepts are formulated as a component of the conceptual apparatus of social security law; the peculiarities of the interpretation and application of evaluative concepts are determined, and examples of evaluative concepts in the sources of social security law are given.
