Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental solution of a scientific task in pedagogical theory and practice. It consists of the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers  specialists in physical culture and sports (hereinafter  PC&S) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (hereinafter  AFU), and for this reason, the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of its formation in the system of higher military education was substantiated and experimentally verified. The state of research on the problem of the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in PC&S of the AFU in scientific and pedagogical theory and practice is analysed. The essence of the concept is based on the leading ideas and provisions of systemic, competence, activity, integrated, contextual and subject methodological approaches ‘professional competence of a future commissioned officer – specialist in PC&S of the AFU’. The components of the professional competence of the future commissioned officer – a specialist in PC&S of the AFU are substantiated, namely: value-motivational, cognitive, praxeological, individual-psychological and subject. The application of the method of expert evaluation and the generalization of pedagogical literature on the research problem made it possible to conclude that the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in in PC&S of the AFU in the system of higher military education will be effective for substantiating and implementing the following pedagogical conditions: ensuring value-motivational attitude of future commissioned officers specialists in to the formation of professional competence in the process of professional training at HMEI; pedagogical modeling of the process of formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers - specialists in PC&S of the AFU in the system of higher military education; improvement of professionally oriented methods of formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers specialists in physical culture and sports of the AFU; specification of criteria and indicators for assessing the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in physical culture and sports of the AFU in the system of higher military education. The pedagogical model of formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in physical culture and sports of the AFU in the system of higher military education, which consists of target-methodological, substantive, subject, methodical, evaluation-resultative blocks, has been substantiated and experimentally verified. A methodology for the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in physical culture and sports of the AFU has been developed, which includes motivational, cognitive-active and evaluative-reflective stages. The criteria and indicators for assessing the formation of professional competence of future commissioned officers – specialists in physical culture and sports of the AFU in the system of higher military education are specified: axiological-motivational (the desire to master the chosen profession; the desire to continue military service in the chosen profession; the desire for professional development; values professional activity; readiness to defend Ukraine); cognitive-knowledge (military-professional knowledge (reflects the training of a military specialist – tactical level officer); military-special knowledge (reflects the specifics of a specific subject area of professional activity (specialization); results of educational activities (academic success); operational-activity (ability to solve military -professional tasks; communicative and organizational skills); individual-mental (physical fitness, mental and emotional states); reflexive (reflection (self-reflection); subjectivity, self-efficacy). The results of the pedagogical experiment enable the conclusion that the proposed pedagogical conditions are effective and can be recommended for implementation in the professional training of future commissioned officers – specialists of the PC&S of the AFU.
