Posokhova I. Pharmacognostic study of domestic representatives of the laurel family as promising sources of medicinal plant raw materials

Abstract (Ukrainian language) The dissertation is devoted to the systematic pharmacognostic study of representatives of the Lavrovi family, the study of the chemical composition of the raw material and the preparation of a medicinal product based on it, the development of standardization parameters of the most promising raw material and medicinal product from the leaves of the noble laurel. For the first time, the technological parameters of the raw materials, parameters of the technological process (optimal extractant, time period, raw material-extractant ratio) of obtaining a thick extract from the leaves of the noble laurel were established for the leaves of the noble laurel and the leaves of the American Perseus. For the first time, the technology for obtaining a thick extract from leaves was developed and the main parameters of its quality control were determined. The antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of the thick extract of laurel leaves was determined.
