Chaplyk I. D. Civil and legal regulation of requisition in Ukraine. – Qualifying scientific work on manuscript rights. The dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 081 «Law». – Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, Lviv, 2023. The dissertation has been aimed at the comprehensive solution of scientific and practical tasks and the study of the problems of civil-legal regulation of requisition in Ukraine. The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific-theoretical study of the civil-legal regulation of requisition in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes, based on which proposals and recommendations with the aim of improving legal regulation in this field of social relations have been made and proposed. In the Section 1. «The general theoretical characteristics of requisition as a ground for termination of ownership» the genesis and sources of legal regulation of requisition in Ukraine have been investigated, the concept and legal nature of requisition in Ukraine has been clarified, and the requisition has been characterized in comparison with the related grounds for termination of ownership. The Section 2. «Procedure of requisition under the legislation of Ukraine» has been devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the procedure of requisition in the event of natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, epizootics and other extraordinary circumstances, as well as in conditions of war and state of emergency. The Section 3. «Protection and defence of public and private rights and interests in case of requisition» has described civil protection and methods of defence of public and private rights and interests in case of requisition of property, as well as elucidated the specifics of protection and defence of public and private rights and interests in case of requisition of certain types of property. The research results will be able to be used: in research work (during further research in the field of legal regulation of requisitioning in Ukraine); in lawmaking activities (in the process of improving the civil legislation of Ukraine and legislation in the sphere of requisition regulation in Ukraine); in law enforcement activities (when resolving legal disputes related to the forced alienation of property of individuals and legal entities); in educational and methodological work (when studying the academic disciplines «Civil Law of Ukraine», as well as relevant special courses; when preparing textbooks and teaching aids, methodological recommendations and other educational and methodological materials).
