Tsytulskyi V.I. The right to use someone else's property (easement): civil and legal aspects. – Qualifying scientific work on manuscript rights. The dissertation has been devoted to the analysis of the civil regulation of the right to use someone else's property (servitude) in the context of the harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine with the law of the European Union. The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific and theoretical study of the civil legal regulation of the right to use someone else's property (servitude) in the context of European integration processes and renewal of the civil legislation of Ukraine. The Section 1 «General provisions on the right to use someone else's property (easement)» examined the genesis of legal regulation of the right to use someone else's property (easement), and also analyzed the concept and legal nature of the right to use someone else's property (easement). The Section 2 «Grounds for the emergence of the right to use someone else's property (easement) under the civil legislation of Ukraine» has been devoted to the characteristics of the contract, the law and other grounds for the emergence of the right to use someone else's property (easement). In the Section 3 «Types of the right to use someone else's property (easement) and the peculiarities of their legal regulation» the peculiarities of the legal regulation of easements in relation to land plots and natural resources have been investigated, as well as the peculiarities of the legal regulation of easements in relation to housing and other immovable property have been analyzed. The value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the developed proposals and conclusions: in research work: during further scientific research in the field of legal regulation of easements in Ukraine; in law-making activities: in the process of improving the civil legislation of Ukraine and legislation in the sphere of regulation of the right to use other people's property in Ukraine; in law enforcement activities: when resolving legal disputes related to the right to use someone else's property; in educational and methodological work: when studying the academic disciplines «Civil Law of Ukraine», «Land Law of Ukraine», as well as relevant special courses, as well as when preparing textbooks and teaching aids, methodological recommendations and other educational and methodological materials.
