Vayda V. Administrative and legal mechanism of ensuring of the sustainable management in the forests of Ukraine

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and new decision of the scientific problem research are carried out: the essence, the characteristic of features and the organizational and legal aspects of problem of the administrative and legal mechanism of ensuring of the sustainable management in the forests of Ukraine are revealed. It is proved that in Ukraine, the problem of sustainable management in the forests of Ukraine is one of the biggest modern environmental problems, the proper solution of which is a key to the preservation of forest ecosystems, flora and fauna, water resources, effective forestry, careful hunting, promotion of recreation , tourism, environmental protection, promoting the process of European integration of Ukraine and rebuilding Ukraine from the consequences of Russian aggression. As a result, proper administrative and legal provision of sustainable management in the forests of Ukraine is now of great importance. The author's definition of term of "administrative-legal mechanism for ensuring sustainable management in the forests of Ukraine" is formulated as a mutually agreed sets of norms and principles of law, the forms and methods of the administrative law, authorized subjects, and their activities, which aim to ensure administrative-legal management of sustainable management in forests of Ukraine.
