Drabchuk N. Economic efficiency of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises of the region.

The object of the study lies in the economic processes of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles, to develop practical recommendations for ensuring the economic efficiency of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises of the region.The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the dialectical cognition method, which is based on the fundamental provisions of economic theory and applies the scientific works of scientists, which relate to the problems of using land resources in agricultural enterprises. Methods used in the dissertation work are following: of theoretical generalization; systematization; deduction, analysis; induction, synthesis; abstractions; comparison and detailing; relative values and series of dynamics; grouping; statistical and economic; economic and mathematical; graphic; monographic.The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development and substantiation of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the economic efficiency of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises. The scientific results obtained in the research process determine the scientific novelty of the dissertation, which lies in the improved: interpretation of the concept of "legal regime of land use"; the structure of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises; methodological tools for the study of effective use of land resources; an economic model for forecasting the volume of agricultural production by agricultural enterprises, implemented with the help of the STELLA computer program; conceptual approaches to determining the content of the economic mechanism of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises; peculiarities of the development of the region under the influence of effective use of land resources by agricultural enterprises;in the acquired further development: an approach to the disclosure of the economic content of the category "economic efficiency of the use of land resources"; establishing the relationship between the main types of land resource use efficiency, namely: economic, social and environmental; definition, ubstantiation and systematization of criteria and indicators that characterize the formation of the economic efficiency of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises of the region; substantiation of a characteristic number of strengths and weaknesses of agricultural enterprises of the region, as well as opportunities and threats, which must be applied during forecasts of the future development of land use by enterprises based on a SWOT analysis.The practical significance of the obtained results consists in the implementation of the theoretical-methodological and applied recommendations obtained in the dissertation research into the practice of agricultural enterprises and state authorities, which will contribute to the improvement of the use of land resources and increase the level of economic efficiency of their use.
