Khyzhniak O. Pedagogical technology of professionally oriented training of future coaches in the system of educational practices

The dissertation is devoted to the development and implementation of pedagogical technology of professionally oriented training of future coaches in the system of educational practices of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. In the current conditions of the development of Ukrainian society, the role of such social values as high education and culture level, professional competence, openness to the perception of innovation, mobility, and readiness for constant work on themselves are growing. This is especially true for physical culture and sports specialists, as in the current conditions the industry of their professional activities undergoes constant transformations and is in continuous development. Effective practical participation in society becomes impossible if specialists don’t have the current need and ability to professional and personal self-development and self-improvement. The variety of professional duties and the wide range of pedagogical tasks the coach deals with make excessive requirements on their activities and personality. In this regard, the need to design and implement the educational process is emphasized in such way that not only knowledge and skills, but also a coach personality as a future subject of professional activity are formed in it. The educational process should be focused on the formation of positive motivation for professional activity, stimulating cognitive activity and intensifying self-improvement needs. However, the modern system of professional education in sports field is not able to fully provide high-quality training for professional coaches who have strong training strategy development skills, are able to explore the potential of students, their personal and individual characteristics, as well as predict the results of pedagogical influences. The integration of a competence approach into the system of higher sports education in Ukraine can mainly be assessed as unfocused and unsystematic. The pedagogical technology presented in this research, is developed for the first time for professionally oriented training of future coaches and substantiated the pedagogical conditions for its implementation (science-based selection of applicants to higher educational institutions with the identification of professional and sports orientation and qualification, propensity and motivation for future coaching; professional training integration of future coaches through the implementation of interdisciplinary links between professionally oriented disciplines and professional practice; formation of positive motivation for professional activity in the future coach; development and establishment of a professionally oriented educational environment, which ensures an integral and continuous formation process of professional readiness of the future coach through the integration training system construction; practical-oriented design of the content of disciplines for professional training of the future coach); The dissertation clarified the conceptual foundations, content and structure of the concepts of “professionally oriented training of future coaches” and “readiness of future coaches for professional activities in the process of practical training”; stages of formation (initial (stage of professional motivation), basic (stage of professional correction), implementation (stage of professional reflection), criteria, indicators and levels of formation of readiness of future coaches for professional activity; diagnostic methods for the level of formation of readiness of future coaches for professional activities; Further development in the work acquired the technological tools for the formation of readiness of future coaches for professional activities, forms, methods and means of training students in the practical training system. The practical significance of the research refers to what is developed and implemented: the pedagogical technology of professionally oriented training of future coaches; integration practical and disciplinary complex of professional training of the future coach; experimental programs of the courses “Professional activity in the field of physical culture,” “Theory of physical culture and sports,” “Management in physical culture and sports,” “Modeling of an individual professional coach career,” the author’s educational and methodological manual “Features of professional training of future coaches in institutions of higher education,” section in the collective monograph “Prospects for the introduction of supervision in practical training of future boxing coaches”.
